RUNNING ON FOUZ

For runners chasing the streak, not the splits

Updated August 2026

Plenty of apps analyse your run. Fouz protects the part that actually decides whether you're a runner in six months: going again. Log distance and time in twenty seconds, keep a streak with teeth, and let friends see you showed up.

Log any run, anywhere

Road, treadmill, track, trail — enter distance, duration and calories, and save. No GPS means no phone strapped to your arm and no dead-battery excuses; a treadmill 5K counts exactly like a road one. Race day? Log your place and time — 4th in 22:31 — and it becomes a share card.

Goals that match how runners train

Honest streaks, honest rules

Your streak lives only while your last logged day is today or yesterday. There are no freeze tokens to buy — which is what makes the number worth protecting, and worth a friend noticing when it grows.

Want pace, splits and routes? Use a GPS app for that — Strava and Nike Run Club are excellent. Fouz is the layer they lack: one streak that counts every run, every gym session, every sport you play.

Running questions

Does Fouz track my route with GPS?

No, by design. You log distance and time yourself in about twenty seconds. For route maps and split analysis, pair Fouz with a GPS app — many runners use both.

Do treadmill runs count?

Yes, identically to road runs — distance, duration, calories. The streak doesn't care where you ran, only that you did.

Can I log races?

Yes — race logs take your finishing place and time, either one on its own is fine, and they make the best share cards in the app.

What happens on rest days?

Any log keeps the day alive — a recovery walk, a gym session, even a logged meal. Streaks reward showing up for your health, not pounding pavement daily.
